Help Center: FAQ Answers

20 questions across four categories: accounts and subscriptions, connections and troubleshooting, speed and routes, billing and refunds. How to import and update a subscription link, whether a new device means buying again, what to do about peak-hour slowdowns, how to request the 60-day no-questions-asked refund — all with steps you can follow directly.

  • 100+ countries / 230+ routes
  • No device limit
  • 60-day no-questions-asked refund
  • No email address required

The 20 questions below are grouped into four categories, each with steps you can follow directly. For connection problems, work through them in this order: switch route first, then update the subscription, then change protocol — most issues are solved by the first two steps. Figures for pricing, traffic and refunds match the pricing page and the terms page.

Accounts and Subscriptions

Registration, getting and importing the subscription link, switching devices, and what to do if the link leaks.

5 questions
Do I need an email address to register?

No. Registration only needs a username and a password, with no email address. Once registered, sign in to the user panel to choose a plan and place an order; the plan is activated automatically after payment. Then copy the subscription link from the download section in the panel and import it into your client. Registration and ordering both happen in the browser, with no manual review to wait for.

Where do I get the subscription link, and how do I import it into a client?

After signing in to the user panel, copy the subscription link from the download client section. In the Windows / macOS / Linux client, choose "Import from clipboard" or "Add subscription"; in the iOS / Android client, choose "Add subscription", paste, then update once and the server list appears. The subscription link is tied to your account, so there is no need to enter server addresses or ports by hand.

Does the subscription link expire? How often do I need to update it?

The subscription link does not expire on its own; it follows the plan status of your account — as long as the plan is valid, the link works. It is worth updating the server list in your client regularly; most clients support automatic subscription updates, which is how the local list stays in sync after route changes. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and you do not need to re-import the subscription after a reset.

After switching devices or reinstalling the system, do I need to buy again?

No. A plan is tied to your account, not to a device, and there is no limit on simultaneous devices — Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux can all use the same account. Install the client on the new device and import the subscription link with the same account; you can keep the subscription on the old device or simply uninstall the client.

What if the subscription link leaks by accident?

Sign in to the user panel and generate a new subscription link; the old one stops working right away. Then import the new link on each device. A leak does not affect the plan's validity period or the remaining traffic on the account. If the account is used on several devices, each device needs to update the subscription after regeneration. In everyday use, do not post the subscription link in public groups, forums or screenshots — it works as the access credential for your account.

Connections and Troubleshooting

Cannot connect, an app that does not go through the route, handshake errors, and the order to check when the exit IP has not changed.

5 questions
The client shows connected, but web pages will not open. What should I do?

Check three things in order. First, switch to another route in the client and try again. Second, make sure a second proxy app is not running at the same time — two clients will compete for traffic. Third, check that the system time is accurate, since a large clock offset makes encrypted handshakes fail. If only one website will not open, test with other sites first; the problem is most likely on that website's side.

Why does a particular app not go through the route?

Most clients use rule mode by default and only send traffic that needs the route into the tunnel. Some apps use their own network stack or system-level push, which may fall outside the rules. Adding the app to the proxy list in the client, or temporarily switching to global mode, usually solves it. On iOS, also check that the VPN profile provided by the client is installed and enabled.

The connection reports a handshake failure or certificate error. How do I handle it?

Do three things in order. First, update the subscription in the client to make sure the server list is current. Second, switch to a different route type (for example, from direct to an IEPL dedicated line) and try again. Third, check that automatic sync for system time and time zone is on. If the error persists after all three, open a ticket in the user panel and include the client name, the route name and a screenshot of the error.

I installed the client on my computer, but the browser still shows my original exit IP. What is going on?

The usual cause is that the system proxy switch in the client is off, or a separate proxy extension in the browser is overriding system settings. First check that the system proxy in the client is on, then disable proxy extensions in the browser. If you use TUN mode, run the client with administrator privileges, otherwise the virtual network adapter cannot be created. After the change, open an IP lookup page to confirm the exit address has changed.

I cannot connect on hotel Wi-Fi or a corporate network. What can I do?

Different networks restrict outbound ports differently, so try another route first. If the network only allows common ports, switch protocols in the client (Shadowsocks / VMess / Trojan / VLESS / Hysteria2 / TUIC) and try again. Public Wi-Fi often shows a login page first — complete the network sign-in in a browser before the client can get an exit.

Speed and Routes

How to choose a route type, how to tune things at peak hours, and where speed differences between devices come from.

5 questions
What can I do when speeds drop at peak hours?

Cross-border links are congested overall during peak hours, so prefer routes labelled as IEPL dedicated lines — this service gives them priority scheduling at peak times. Next, sort by latency in the client and try the three lowest-latency routes in turn; a region usually has several routes, and switching often makes a clear difference. If only a single website is slow, first check that the site itself is not the problem.

What is the difference between IEPL dedicated, relayed and direct routes?

IEPL dedicated routes run over a dedicated channel: the most stable latency and the smallest fluctuation at peak hours, good for 4K and video meetings. Relayed routes forward once through an intermediate node, with latency and stability between the other two — good for everyday browsing and streaming. Direct routes connect from the local exit straight to the target region: low latency, but more affected by local network quality. Use IEPL by default and switch to relayed or direct when a route is congested.

100+ countries / 230+ routes — how do I quickly find the right one for me?

Start with the region of the service you want to reach: pick a US route for US streaming, a Japan route for Japanese services. Then sort by latency in the client and prefer IEPL dedicated routes in the same region. For everyday browsing, the three lowest-latency routes are enough, used in turn; for a fixed purpose (say, one streaming service over the long term), stick to a single route to avoid signing in again after switching.

Is there a speed cap? Is it enough for 4K?

This service does not promise a fixed speed figure; actual speed depends on your local broadband, your network environment, the target region and the route type you choose. For 4K streaming, choose an IEPL dedicated route and keep the local network free. If buffering appears, switch routes first, then check that no other device on the same network is downloading heavily. Route comparisons are only meaningful on the same device and the same network.

Why do speeds differ so much between devices on the same route?

Routes are shared, but each device's network adapter, Wi-Fi band and background apps use bandwidth differently. On the same Wi-Fi, the 5GHz band is usually faster than 2.4GHz; battery saver mode on a phone limits background network activity, so turn it off while using the service. To compare route quality, test on the same device, on the same network, in the same way.

Billing and Refunds

Monthly subscriptions and traffic packs, payment methods, refund requests and mid-term upgrades.

5 questions
How is a plan billed? When does traffic reset?

Three monthly tiers: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, ¥28/month with 500GB; traffic resets monthly on the activation date. Traffic packs are a separate billing model: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB, valid until used up and never expiring. Both are ordered inside the user panel, with Alipay / WeChat / USDT supported.

Should I choose a monthly subscription or a traffic pack?

A monthly subscription resets traffic each month on the activation date and suits daily users: the 60GB tier fits light phone-and-computer use, while the 250GB and 500GB tiers suit streaming or sharing across devices. A traffic pack buys a fixed total that never expires, suiting users whose usage varies, or who only need it for a business trip or a holiday. To try a small amount first, start with the ¥9.9 monthly subscription.

Which payment methods are supported? How soon is the plan activated after payment?

Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported. After ordering, complete the payment in the panel as prompted; the plan is activated automatically once payment succeeds, with no manual confirmation. If payment succeeded but the overview page does not show the plan status yet, refresh the page once. If it still does not take effect, open a ticket in the user panel and include the order number.

How do I request the 60-day no-questions-asked refund?

This service offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. Open a ticket in the user panel with the order number and the reason, and the amount is returned through the original payment channel; how long it takes depends on the payment provider's processing speed. You can follow the progress in the ticket.

What if I want to upgrade my plan midway?

Choose a higher monthly tier in the user panel and order it; the difference is prorated by the remaining days, and after the upgrade the new tier's traffic allowance applies — no need to wait for the next reset date. If you only want a little extra traffic for a while, you can also buy a traffic pack, valid until used up and never expiring.

Didn't find your question?

Open a ticket in the user panel with the client name, the route you selected and the error message — it will be handled faster. The ticket entry is in the panel sidebar, visible once you sign in; refund and order questions can also be followed up in the same ticket.
