When does monthly plan data reset?

Data resets every month on your activation date. If you activate on the 10th, your allowance is restored on the 10th of each month. The three monthly tiers include 60GB, 250GB and 500GB respectively.

How is an upgrade to a higher tier mid-cycle calculated?

Mid-cycle upgrades are supported. The price difference is prorated by the remaining days, and paying the difference switches you to the higher tier. The upgrade option is on the plans page in your dashboard.

Do data packs expire?

No. Data packs are not billed by time: the allowance lasts until it is used up and never expires, which suits users with irregular usage or those who want a backup allowance.

How do I request a refund?
